Tuna Tataki

We made this for the first time tonight. Andrea craves it all the time so it seemed like we should give it a try. Lesson. Of all the things you can make yourself instead of getting in a restaurant this may rank at the top.

Cost : 6 bucks
Time : 10-15

Instructions.

Tuna. Grind up a lot of black pepper on a plate. Coat eat side of the tuna steak with pepper. Sear on medium high heat (no oil) for a 1-1.5 minutes per side. Cut into about 1/4 inch pieces.

Sauce. 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3/4 tbsp grated ginger, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp orange juice. Drizzle some of the sauce over the tuna and save some for dipping.
